I am, Mr. Bernard Williams the Dean of Student at Glen Oaks Park Elementary.  This is my 3^rd year here at Park.  Last year I taught Special Education.  This is my seventh year of teaching.   My first four years of teaching were spent at Harding Elementary.  I received my Bachelor and Master Degree from Southern University.   I have a very positive outlook for 2007 school year and plan to make things work better than ever.   I have two children that attended school in East Baton Rouge Parish School System.  I love working with parents that have children with problem behaviors.  Please feel free to contact me at the school if you have any questions or concerns.  Caring parents, Focused students, Good teachers equal a positive school environment.   We have Panther Pride at the Park.
